Last week, two of the most notable names in the electronic scene Tourist and Gold Panda released their collaborative project Us Two, and it’s quite a fascinating listening experience. Even though these two roam different stylistic territories, seeing them come together makes so much sense. They kept seeing each other on the nursery school run and eventually decided to make some music together. The track “+1” served as the bright, intricate lead single, while “Tomorrow” is one of the more minimal cuts that still offer an emotive allure with its laid-back approach. It’s really the vocal samples and how they’re processed that shine throughout “Tomorrow” alongside the warmth of the chord.
